RSM’s label integration accelerator is designed to allow for the configuration of dynamic label documents to be generated throughout the inventory life cycle to a third-party label application. Flexibility has been added through configurations, including the ability to assign the printer where labels are sent, generate item-specific labels, create pallet vs. carton labels, and customize the fields included in the label, all without additional development.

Advanced production floor execution is designed to consolidate information throughout the production process to allow for the streamlined simplicity. Production team members are able to view job instructions, item specifications and quality information when executing jobs—all on the same form.

To stay in EPA compliance, companies need to track where, when and how refrigerant is used. RSM’s solution provides technicians with a place to track refrigerant movement from container to container. These movements can represent refrigerant being added, transferred, recovered and leaked. Refrigerant tracking ties back to a customer asset and allows technicians to see historical leak rates. The solution also provides the technicians a place to track which refrigerant tanks are in their possession and the additional recovery tanks that are provided by the customer.

RSM’s supply chain planning accelerator allows clients to effectively manage their procurement strategies by evaluating make-versus-buy scenarios and calculating days of supply using a flexible safety stock methodology. Make-versus-buy functionality provides the option to change planned order output based on factors such as least cost or shortest lead time. The make-versus-buy form calculates cost and lead times for each option and allows users to select orders to change from production to purchase. The days of supply feature calculates the desired safety stock based on set days of supply, taking into account historical periods and transaction types to include or block. 

Inventory trace and hold brings a versatile and easy-to-use platform for tracking inventory operations. Entire lots can be put on hold and automatically moved to a designated hold location. This feature provides the ability to trace inventory lots and serial numbers. Both downstream and upstream activities throughout the system can be found and relayed.

​​​The safety data sheet accelerator creates industry-required documents detailing a chemical product’s physical data, potential hazards, handling and required safety precautions. Multiple safety data sheet templates can be created and utilized to generate mandatory product reports.​

The OCR accelerator integrates with Xtracta's cloud based OCR engine to automatically convert AP data in scanned images to text for processing in D365. The cloud based OCR engine is powered by artificial​ intelligence, and with machine learning eliminates the need for manual template setup.  Historical data images are stored to D365 Azure SharePoint with transactional meta-data, and are searchable from within D365 and SharePoint.
