Coming off of QuickBooks it was important to manage the budget, setup projects and getting information in a timely fashion. It is important as an early stage pharmaceutical company to squeeze out as much as they can until they start recognizing revenue.

Results

RSM built a strong technology foundation with an ERP system that can act as the system or record and support the company’s growth from being a small business to the middle market, and even larger.

With 10 weeks to go live, RSM did a lot of the upfront work through its Rapid Verification Model (RVM)

The RSM team came in with a real perspective of the user. While so much of the need for a system was for books and records, the real time and care was associated with making sure there was user acceptance of the purchase to pay cycle where most of the employees have to interface in one way or another.

With a streamlined setup process, familiar, easy-to-integrate apps and intuitive tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 set Rhythm up for success—both in the present and as they grow.
