As the leader of the national public sector Customer Engagement (CE) team, Phil helps state and county Health and Human Services agencies modernize their client and case management solutions. Phil oversees the RSM CE teams as they help agencies improve outreach and client services, while creating operational efficiency. Phil has two decades of international experience in the CRM industry, working in multiple industries.

Experience

Phil worked for Microsoft for over 18 years, holding positions in the US and EMEA. He was the architect for Dynamics CRM from 2006-08 before moving to the operating model team.
